5/8/2020. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Poured hazy double gold with a small fluffy off white head. Aroma of oats, honey, flowers and grain. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a touch of tart. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Sweet honey finish. Quite ok.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, sweetish. Taste: Over moderate to medium sweet, sugary, honey, malty, wheat malt and some yeast. Quite dense and smooth mouthfeel. Light bitterness, going to moderate at the finish. Ok.

Clear to Hazy, golden color and a nice white head. Nose is restrained, dusty, cereal. Interesting taste, herbal, faint honey, bitter, oatish-dryish finish.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Monotonous honey aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, watery, slightly diluted, floral notes of honey. Quite monotonous, in a way not much more than honey solved in water.

Freigeist Kotbusser, gebraut u. abgefüllt von Freigeist Bierkultur bei Vormann-Brauerei, Fläschchen von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Orangegold, gut trüb. - In der Nase mild karamelliges helles Malz, herbe Zitrone, fettig-ranzige Note. - Antrunk brotig-hellmalzig mit Karamel, deutlich ranzigen Zügen (vom Hafer?) und leicht scharfer zitrusfruchtiger Herbe. Feine Restsüße mit Waldhonig, Hefe. Gut rezent, schlank. Im Abgang knackige zitrusfruchtig-herbale Herbe. Kräftig bitterer Nachtrunk. - Originelles Bier, knackig und fast scharf gehopft aber mit störender ranziger Note, die wohl vom Hafer kommt. (12.2.2020.)

330ml bottle, thanks to my EU Secret Santa. Misty golden yellow appearance, white head. Honeyed nose. Pleasant honey coming through to taste, lemony hints, softly sweet, distant herbal hints, not too oaty.. Interesting.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Spicy sweet aroma. Starts intense malty, spicy, a lot of herbal notes. Sweetish background, notes of honey. Finish more balanced. Interesting!

03-01-20 // RB tasting with erzengel and beerhunter111. Nose is honey dominated. Taste is bock like sweet malt aromatic with oats/porridge softness and a honey aroma. Interesting.

33cl bottle. A almost clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet honey, dry caramelized malt. Taste of caramelized malt, gently fruity and sourish malt, honey.
