St-Louis Premium Framboise is based on a lambic and contains juice from Willamette raspberries. This sweet raspberry beer tastes delicious on a sunny day and is a perfect beer for anyone who doesn’t like strong beers.

02-07-17 // bottle. Pours a deep red beer with a small white head. Sweet rasperry juice, like rasperry candies from my childhood. Light lambic acidity. --- Beer merged from original tick of St. Louis Premium Framboise on 02 Jul 2017 at 19:49 - Score: 4. Original review text: Babbsüßer Himbeersaft, Himbeerbonbon, hints of lambic acidity.

250 ml Bottle. Pours with a clear red color and a nice, pastel-purple head. On the first impression, the nose is a little arificial, but the fruity notes getting better and better. Sweet raspberries dominating the nose. Some syrupy, something acidic. Taste of sweet raspberries as well (ok, that was to assume ;-)), nice sweet-sour balance. Refreshing.

Pours clear red with a thin, lasting pink head. The aroma contains raspberries, jam and sugar. It tastes medium to heavy sweet with a light acidic finish. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Very tasty.

250ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a dark red colour with a pink foamy head. Aroma of fruity raspberry, slightly medicinal. Taste is sweet juicy raspberry, alittle tartness, biscuit, some hay, yogurty and funky. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet fruity raspberry finish. Quite drinkable.

0,25 l bottle. Reddish with nearly no head in the glass. Taste is sweet raspberry, may be too sweet for someone, but I liked it. Decent sourness in the background.Better than expected.

250mL bottle, pours a cloudy pinkish red with a small pink-white head. Aroma brings out lots of sweet raspberries - fairly fake. Flavour is along the same lines, just sweet fake raspberries, lots of artificial sweetener dominating. Cloying and fake. No good.

25cl bottle. Pours a hazy dark red-pink colour with almost no head. Aroma is very strong on raspberries (real, not artificial). Likewise the taste is of sweet raspberries, some sourness. Very nice.

On tap at Cottonwood. Pours a hazy ruby with small off white head. The aroma is berries, funk, wood. Thin mouth, tart, raspberry, pure sugar, oak, light finish, good.
