Bottle shared on Level 42 12/01/2016. Picked up from the brewery shop. A bright golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice juicy lemon, pithy lemon, mild tropical fruits, light clean grains. Flavour is composed of light pils grains, floral citrus, light tropical, pear drops, melon. Palate is light and easy going, little resin. Moderate carbonation. Good.

Sampled draft @ ’t Antwaerps Bierhuyske where it was oddly not advertised as a Toccalmatto beer. Light hazy citrus with a small white head. Nose is big juicy citrus, lemon hops, lemongrass veering a bit toward artificial lemon. Taste is bitter grass upfront, light odd minerals, faintly metallic, low esters, almost comical artificial big lemon in the finish,… Body is a bit watery, touch metallic. Doesn’t entirely work in harmony but it is decent albeit def. not their best beer.

Pale golde beer, clear, under an ultra shortlived transparant head. Very fruity nose, pink grapeffruit, pomelo, lychee, passion fruit, but also quite a bout of sulphur. Citrusjuice dissolved in part rain-, part sparkling mineral water. Again mainly grapefruit and suchlike (ugli, pomelo,...). Very refreshing. Spritzy, light body. Excellent ’session’ IPA.

Draft.

33cl bottle at Da Aldo pours a cloudy gold with some clumping white head. Nose is solid, floral, chrysanthemum, lemon, light candy, light honey. Flavor has an excellent blend of lemon and honey, grass, white flour, more chrysanthemum petal. Lightly creamy finish. Easy drinker.
