Pale golden, almost clear in appearance, poured hard from a 500 mL can. Soft foam head forced. Soft cereal grains, with a well watered down finish that leads it to be quite a bit refreshing. Probably the most appreciation I've ever had for a near flavorless international lager. Low alcohol international rates are always fun too. Cool!

Light gold. Thin head. Persistent bubbles. Fairly full body, and it has a slight grassy note Clean. Solid for a lager of this size, even relative to the other 2.5% ones I had in Liaoning.

Bodney Towers bottle share. Thanks to Dave. Very pale gold beer, almost clear, small white head. Very thin and dry papery malts. Dry floral into a forensic trace of something fruity and a.metallic tang. Light dry finish. Fuck me! The good people of China deserve something better than this swill.

Can, sent to me by Wingmane. Cheers Dave! Love the 70s type ring pull. Colour of healthy piss. Barely a head. Not much aroma here. Some corn maybe. Some nice enough lemon character. Delve deep and there’s a touch of funk. Don’t know what that’s all about? Taste is sweet, turning a little dry. Light body. Soft carbonation. Finish is a little watery, but overall I didn’t mind this at all, really.

Can shared in London - big thanks to Dave and his mate. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a white foam head. Bland aroma, some pale cereal, limp hay. Light sweet flavour, with some pale cereal, crackers, nips of lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Bland finish, no bitterness, more pale cereal, lemon meringue. So so.
