Thank you tderoeck! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim’s Christmas Tasting”. Black to very dark brown, big creamy mocha head. Nose is heavily powdery mocha, oxidation, herbal, dust, instant chocolate milk. Taste is mocha powder, herbal, ashes, bit fizzy, dry powder, herbal, touch boozy,… Powdery herbal ashes body. Not bad but a bit too powdery, ashy for me with a dash of oxidation.

"Handbottled" at Zlý časy. Black colored. AROMA- pleasant, roasted malts, tones of fruitiness and licorice, slight alcohol presence. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, smooth, black roasted flavours, resiny hops, touch of licorice. Alcohol is well hidden. Moderately full bodied.
Just great.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a decent tan swirl. Nose is rich roast, toffee fudge, dark fruit rinds, cocoa powder, light hop presence. Taste comprises sweet licks, toffee sauce, chocolate, fruit cake. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mellow impy with a hoppy underlay, carries the ABV well.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, soy sauce, and a bit of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, alcohol, citrus fruits, and hops, leading to a dry roasted finish.
