Light gold. Nice, rich apple and sugars, light spiciness. Rich spice, cinnamon...nice rich spiciness, with a fair amount of sugars. Light acidity in the finish lends balance. Excellent.

Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up in VT. Pours clear, light yellow. Wonderful aroma, tons of jammy ripe apples, honey. Medium to big sweet flavour, all pure apple juice, a little cotton candy, a little dryness. Full bodied, oily and lightly chewy. Warming finish, lots of ripe and jammy apples, a little honey, pale bread. So rich, with a little dryness. Outstanding.

375 ml. bottle split by 3 @ “Brazilian Tasting”. Thank you sebletitje! Bottle number 64/300 (I think, handwriting is a bit hard to read, did a doctor number these?). Bright golden. Nose is mild alcohol for an ice cider but noticeable, interestingly apple skins are clearly present here giving some bitterness, sweet is typical, medium in how sweet it is, lots of sweet apple, sugar quality is lightly reminiscent of white sugar or maybe even backing sugar. Taste is same thick apple quality with a surprising amount of bitter apple peel, rather sugar in a white sugar type of way, alcohol is medium, some candy qualities, finish is bitter apple skins, light tone that is reminiscent of unwashed apples,… Body is med. not overly thick. Very nice but not the best that the style has to offer in my opinion.
