From tap. Pours hazy orange with a huge off white and creamy head. Aroma is mild fruity, toasted malty. Mellow, light citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and slight herbal. Dry, bitter and crisp hoppy into a smooth finish.

Draft @ ’t Schooltje, merci Carlo. Dorée tirant sur l’orangée, col fin blanc. Arôme donne d’office la note d’une bière à la signature bien belge. On ressent ce bouquet ester-rustique de saison avec un léger rétro houblonné vert noble. Le profil malt reste aussi dans un style rustique avec un côté grains pilsner. Palais met forcément cette levure particulière en avant. On retrouve une bière de corps avec un fruité agrumes voire pointe d’ester avec des houblons nobles qui ajoutent un côté fleuri et fruité. Un léger fini de grains ajoute à ce côté rustique ainsi qu’une fin de bouche sèche. Retrouve un profil malté pils, pâle et possible Munich modéré.

Golden colour with a strong head. Aroma and flavour are fruity, hoppy yeasty. Very gassy. Clean finish. Refreshing.

Tap @ jong keukengeweld . smell is sweet, very fruity . Taste is sharp , sweet, grainy back ans d some fruity flavors . OK , little too sweet though .

Hazy gold. Very light orange and honey nose. Some sort of very faint fruit. I don’t know what it is but its faded and slightly watery. Sweet and biscuit and dough. Some cream corn and a vanilla ice cream with cinnamon overtones. Not too great

Shared with + thanks to AdamJackson & tderoeck! Sampled draft @ ‘t Schooltje. Hazy orange, huge creamy white head. Nose is lactic yeast, tad funky, spoiled milk with white bread & tad yoghurt. Taste is mellow lactic yoghurt yeast, white bread, sugar, yeasty, tad off milk. Milky yeast body. Not terrible but didn’t feel entirely okay. Not too crazy about this one.

Keg at Het Oude Schooltje, during the 3rd Zombier Anniversary, 18/10/14. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, apricot, tropical fruit vibes, light bread, tangerine. Taste comprises light yeast esters, tangerine, orange peel, straw, apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, sweetish notes in the close with a tropical fruit tang. Decent.

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus, hoppy, grassy, some spices, little sour, bit of sulphur. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: quite some citrus, very spicy, lots of coriander, bit sourish, hoppy, grassy. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, quite spicy, hint of caramel, malty, hay, coriander, sour touch. A bit too much coriander to my liking, but otherwise very nice and according to style!
