Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Medium amber, tall frothy white to off-white head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Comples aroma, pale malt, brett, goose berries, orange peel, light apricot, woody notes, barnyard, retronasal woody touch. Fruity taste, medium sweet, light bitter and tart, malty, apricot, citrus, woody and herbal notes. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter and light sourish aftertaste, woody notes, herbal notes, well balanced, complex and very interesting, very good.

(Draught at Nüetnigenough, Brussels, 18 Oct 2024) Golden colour with brief, bubbly head. Fruity nose with mixed fruit, herbs, yeast and a touch of barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, peaches, herbs, yeast, oak wood and a gentle herbal/citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Elegant and quite well balanced. Nice one.

Drunk after an afternoon in the kiddie pool splashing around with a toddler. Caramel golden amber, pretty decent head. Nose is slightly funky farmhouse, big bitterness and some sourness. Flavor adds some oaky notes and chewy sourness on top of the dry IPA I've had yesterday. Interesting indeed!

Bottle. Gusher, a lot of foam keeps coming out of the bottle. Color: Hazy orange golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Sweet and sour berries, grapefruit, peach, wild yeast funk. Taste: Very nicely balanced and complex mix of almost equal over moderate sweet, tart and slightly more bitter flavours, very funky, floral notes, fruity notes of stone fruit, citrus and grapes, subtle grapefruit. Oak wood and tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Another very nice and not common dDvdK beer. Delightful.

Clear copper colour with quick fading head. Aroma has some oak, Bretty funk, a touch of vinegar, white wine. Flavour is quite medicinal to start with possibly the combination of yeast and barrel. Finish is really dry like a heavily oaked wine. Hints of thyme as it warms up. More interesting than it is pleasurable.

500 ml bottle, from Être Gourmet, Belgium. ABV is 6%. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Interesting aroma of oak, exotic woodwork, farmhouse, funk, white wine vinegar, sour and decaying fruits. Sour and woody flavour, with a distinctly bitter finish.
