Bottle. Spicy brown ale type, little bit of sweetness, quite different for a Belgian beer. Bit of bitterness, brown bread maltiness.

Flaska från belgiuminabox BBD är passerat med nästan ett år. Skumkaskad och mer än halva flaskan försvinner, gyllenbrun, disig med högt skum. Söta maltiga dofter av kolaremmar och karamell utan att vara särskilt söt, rågbröd som är lite pepprigt, en lätt kryddig beska. Trevlig och lite julölsliknande men att hälften hamnade på golvet drar ned betyget.

33cl Bottle from Prik&Tik Baelus. Brown colour, beige head. Aroma of malts, chocolate, cocoa, nuts, toast, husks, light coffee. Flavour is less outspoken, but has the same features. Light bodied, slightly over-carbonated.

Bottle @ home. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, full sized beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts and some sweetish yeastyness. Tastes about the same: malts, yeast, a yeast - fruity hint, decently bitter. Average body, fizzy carbonation.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours hazy brown with a head. Aromas are dungy, sugar. Taste is... Yep Finishes it does.

Bottle, 33cl. Brouwer op bezoek, Gentse biervereniging. Batch 2014/1. Murky amber, white foam. Aroma of light roasted malts, coffee and chocolate. Not very well balanced. Ok beer.

Bottle at mombassa Pours amber / brown with a good, white head . Smell is sweet, both malty and hoppy . Maybe even a hint of sugar ? Doable carbo , taste is sweet, touch of smokyness , metallic, malty . Ok but not my piece of cake

Draft @ BAB’14. Cuivrée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est malté, note biscuitée avec un léger rétro-nasal chocolaté. Garde également une pointe fruité fermentée. Palais est malté entre un caramel - toffee et un léger grillé. Ce malté est ponctué par un fruité abricot et qcq pointes tropicales. Côté grains semble dominer sur la fin avec des notes vertes renfermées.
