Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 04/2016. Orangée sur un léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet végétal qui est carrément ’off’ pour cette bière et une levure typique de HTD qui domine sans vraiment laisser la place au profil saison - rustique. Note bready, banane en rétro. Palais est trop haut niveau effervescence ce qui diminue le caractère avec ce côté rappelant le céleri un peu chimique pour la levure. Cela rappelle une levure qui a mal fermenté. On manque le côté saison hennuyère. Un petit fini houblonné herbacé noble arrive en fin de bouche avec un léger côté agrumes. Décevant.

New saison-style ale with stable, off-white head and cloudy peach blonde colour. Aroma indeed reminiscent of a saison, a bit sweaty and leathery, dried orange peel, white grapes, banana, hay, raw potato, apple. Sharpish estery onset, fruity, crisp, pineapple and orange, yeasty, lean and smooth mouthfeel, hay, sherry-like accent, sourish wheatiness, peppery hops in the finish. Worthy of its saison status.

Little hazy orange beer, small off-white creamy head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of banana, bit chemical, sweet, fruity, rubbery. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter touch, bit smoky, chemical, spicy, floral, banana. Aftertaste: bit chemical, yeast, dry, floral, banana, bit metallic.

Sampled at Bierweekend de Lambiekstoempers 2014 . Pours unclear orange , yeasty looking . Very bog white head . Smell is funky , bread , grains, bit yeast . Way too high carbo . Metallic, brett , funky, yeasty . It works, in a way , but the metallicness really bothers me

375 ml. bottle sampled @ Streekbierweekend 2014. thx! for sharing people. Dark peach amber appearance, big creamy white head. Nose is apple, faint lacto, fruit, esters, sweet, touch cheese,… Taste is cheese, bitter mould, applesauce, bitter, spices, yeast,… Creamy body,… Strange, not entirely into this one.
