Reste correcte.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to Sebletitje. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is sweet oranges, sugar, flowers, faintly funky. Taste is lightly bitter & musty, faint funk, sweet flowers, caramel, soap, bitter soapy, touch fruits, some bitter herbs in the back. Soapy body. Not stellar but not bad either. Drinks solidly enough.

Bottle from La Cave A Bulles. Memorial beer to the battle of the Somme. Clear gold beer. Soft palate. Creamy malt with a bitterish edge of hop. Comes accross a soft lager. Nice intention but an average beer I’m sorry to say!

Bottled. Hazy pale yellow, small head. Citric lemony brett aroma. Slim and tart, grainy and lightly earthy. Finishes with low bitterness. Intentional or not - I like the acidity in De Clercks beers.

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
A gusher, one third of the bottle goes down the sink; in the glass there is a hazy golden colored beer with a huge frothy head; fermentation control is really not a strength in France…
The aroma if a bit earthy, and citrusy, not bad. It has a sweetish flavor, lightly malty, correctly bitter; but also a light sourness due to the wrong fermentation. Without this problem, it could be a refreshing beer.
