Tap at BGB. Hazy dark orange-golden body, off white head. Passion fruit and lactose in the heavy aroma. Passionfruit, lactose and vanilla in the lean taste, some lactic sourness. Light, light alcohol touches. I mean... okay, but the milkshake combo kinda doesn't thrill me here at all. Maybe it's just a personal preference, but as a whole, it just didn't work for me that much.

Sample thanks to Cloin: Poured a coppery with white head. Aroma is juicy passion fruit, pungent, grain. Taste is tangy tart fruit, passion fruit, berry, nice carbonation, mellows towards the end with grain, but fruit sticks to the palate edges.

Can at home, from CW online, 03/01/21. Hazed orange to amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangy tropical fruits, damp straw, sweet edge, pineapple chunks. Taste comprises is sweet passionfruit syrups, sweet and sour, lactic tang, trace of wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic flash. Not bad but nowhere near in the league of sours CW ended 2020 with ... this one was overly sweet for my liking.

Can, small bubbly head, murky intense orange color, aroma of passion fruit, lemon meringue, hint of orange and some funkiness creeping in, flavor of lemon meringue and passion fruit and a hint of citrus with an intense but mellow fruity sourness and a lightish bitterness. Really really good and highly enjoyable.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small cream colour head. Weird and off-putting chemical nose. Palate is light and dry, decent superfine carbonation. Sharp fruits, passion fruit for sure but also sourish tropical fruit sweets underneath, but this ain't a sweet beer, a steak of lemon acid sees to that. A little burned nuts, that sometimes accompanies sours, is an unwelcome side dish. Light finish. Pleasingly intense but flawed.
