Super hazy golden coloured body with a soapy, full white head, about three centimetres tall. Aroma of yeast, pepper, coriander seed, curacao, alcohol and tons of hay and grass. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and wheat flavours throughout with a bunch of pepper and clove flavours tucked in with some herbes de provence, lavender and sage, all with a very nice glow of yeast and wheat. Aftertaste is quite complex as well with the spices ranging from white pepper to oregano back to coriander seed and even some allspice. Overall, a very nice saison with tons of flavours from hay and grass notes to the obligatory spice notes. A great beer to sample - very nice to find and I wish I could have sampled them all! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Bacchus Cornelius in Bruges, Belgiuim on 14-August-2013 for €2,50 sampled in my hotel room here in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg on 16-August-2013.

Bottled 750ml (PBF, BB 08/2013)
Clear yellow color, small steady white head. Coriander-like spicey, a bit earthy and fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity, a bit spicey, crisp. Lingering fruityness in the aftertaste. Very style-like saison but could be more funky to be interesting.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy pale golden, lively head. Lactic nose with buckwheat and coriander. Mid dry with light-medium body and soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Mild lactic tartness, slight notes of winegum. Low bitterness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Gent, Belgium 26th May 2012 consumed sat outside Frank (camper) Salzburg, Austria Sunday 10th June 2012 Murky orange/amber with white head, sweet but with a distinctive slightly orangey tang. some bittersweetness in the mouth but more noticeable is a soft, yeasty, sweet, watery orangeyness. Interesting and refreshing beer. This may not read like I like this, but I do and would happily have again. A7 A3 T7 P3 Ov14 3.4
