Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 01/06/2025.
Gushing panda FFS!
Hazed orange topped with a big old off white cap formed of thinly knit bubbles.
Nose is straw, grains, dull fruits, herb, light sulphuric aspect
Taste comprises grass, faint citric zest, yeast notes, herb, hedgerow.
Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close.
Not great ... the gush gave it away!

500ml bottle from local shop. Clear deep golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of malt, toffee, boiled sweets. Taste is sweet malty, barley, toffee & butterscotch hints, and flowery, with some tangy bitterness. Thin mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, malty bitter finish. Quite OK.

Håndpumpet på John Baird (Muswell Hill, London), med Steven: klar gylden med ok skum. Rund, balansert og lettdrikkelig med toner av citrus, honning og kjeks. Svakt karbonert. Myk og lettdrikkelig, men samtidig forglemmelig.
