A hazy blonde ale with almost no head. A nice fruity honey malt with yeast, amaretto, almonds, very nice. In mouth, a good malt with candy sugar, alcohol, orange peels, very nice. Medium bodied. Bieropholie import, BB Oct. 08.

330ml swing-top bottle, bb. Oct.09, thanks to Skinnyviking. Hazy golden body under a low, white head. Aroma of dry white wine with a spicy touch. Spiced taste containing late, sweet banana and acid fruits, with underlying candy sweetness. Foamy-alcoholic on the swallow. Short tail, though. Alright, but much of the flavours are pushed into the background by a prominent element of alcohol. [Tromsø, New Years Day 2009].

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty golden color ale with a small foamy head with no retention and minimal lacing. Aroma consists of loads of candi sugar with some dry hops. Taste is a mix between some gross sweet malt notes and loads of candi sugar with a weird metallic hoppy finish. Minimal carbonation with no apparent alcohol and a full oily body. I have to say that I was disappointed by this overly sweet beer that is badly missing some balance.

Golden with a big and lasting white head. Malt, grass and alcohol in the aroma. Sweet with a lot of alcohol, and a chardonnay-like fruitiness.

Pours hazy amber with huge head. Sweet malty aroma with yeasty notes and fruits. Flavor is sweet, fruity with spicy notes and warming alcohol in the end. Finish is pretty dry. Balance is perfect.

Bottle swing top: Poured a rusty copper color with white lacy head. Sweet malt with spicy overtones. The taste is a sweet caramel malt, with a spicy warm fruity finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a thin bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of fruit and alcohol and lesser notes of spices and some oxidation - even though it is wihtin the best before date. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit, cork (even though it is not corked), and alcohol, as well as medium notes of spices, leading to a dry fruity finish. One powerful beer - I wonder how it is very fresh, mine is I guess 1½ years old, yet within the best before date.

Tap at Chr. Firtal, Odense. Golden yellow with thick creamy white head. Smooth texture. Alcohol feel & sweetness. Dry hoppiness. Some fruit appears - citrus which gives a fresh feel! Pleasant!
