Very crisp and clear deep amber, copper and bronze coloured body, all without any haze and a nice two to three centimetre tall off-white and tan head that fades fairly quickly, at least for a lambic. Aroma of tart raspberries, dry oak, a good deal of drying but smooth yeasts with a light note of the spontaneously fermenting qualities and a more pronounced bit of the dryness and oak scents without any alcohol noticeable and not too much sweetness - much more tart scents coming from the fruits than sweet. Light to Medium-bodied; Very elegant dry and noticeable malt component hits while presenting the very smooth and succinct fruit flavours that have tart raspberries that bring in a nice balance and complexity that the yeast and malt notes don't really show, but finish with a very subdued sweetness, all from the fructose with some effervescence and a robust character from the smooth set of flavours coming together all at the end. Overall, a nice, very elegant, polished beer that isn't too sweet, not to tart, not deep, but very nuanced in a good way that is still complex and enjoayble throughout. I sampled this 75 cL, corked and caged bottle, purchased from Trader Joe's in Falls Church, Virginia on 04-September-2017 in Bailey's Crossroads for US$8,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 04-September-2020, exactly three years after purchase.

Nice deep framboise aroma with mellow tannins, looks like deep velvet body and minimal foam. Flavour is very tart fruits with good carbonation. Not bad though a little simple and thin.

Sampler draft at Yard House. Typical clear golden. I often give props to this line of sours but these new seem to be just cranked out. I would never tell this is raspberry and there are some rough sour acetic edges to this beer. Some slick sourness and a base beer that is a bit dull. Fine but seems rushed and polished. As if they just want to add fruit syrup to the same beer just to make a new entry.

this was labeled as just Petrus Framboise at Yard House. Apparently, the same as TJs.

750 mL bottle. Pours a clear reddish amber with a slightly pink head. Tart raspberry candy aroma. Flavor is a very nice sweet, tart candy raspberry comparable to, of course, SweetTarts candy, though the raspberry is of course deeper. Touch of oxidation and/or oak. Anyway, it’s quite good.

Bottle. Pinkish beer with a pink head. Tart/light sour aroma with light raspberry. Raspberry and sour flavor with light acetic notes and light oak. Medium bodied. Raspberry and sourness lingers with light acetic notes.

Bottle at the RateBeer DC tasting. Clear pinkish amber with off-white head. Aromas of raspberries, berries, light buttery notes. Tastes of raspberries, berries, tart notes. Light body with a dry finish. Nice other than the buttery aroma I got.

750ml bottle pours a bright purple/pink with a ring of white head. Fragrant nose, perfume, raspberry, rose hips, candy, fruit roll ups. Flavor is OK, jammy, raspberry, perfume, rose’ wine, a little funk. Finishes dry and tannic. Well done.

Very nice stuff. Light raspberry and some florals like a fruit picnic in the countryside. Hazy pink. Tangy and sweet finish. Nice stuff. Bottle.

750mL bottle, pours a fairly clear cherry red with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out lots of fresh tart raspberries, some fruit skins, and a bit of wood. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of lightly fruity raspberries, light tartness and a touch of the barrels. Very fruity, with a lingering tartness. Don't get much barrel here. Really nice.

Corked Bomber from Trader Joe’s. Pours red with a soft, pink, compact head. Aroma of bitter raspberry including the green - fresh off the vine aroma. Flavor is similar: fresh off the vine bitter raspberry, sour and delicate, but also barnyard funk. A hint of sweetness buried somewhere, but lots of sourness to overcome it. Tasty and surprisingly well done.
