Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of soap and citrus. Citrus flavour, soap, light sweet, yeast, hint of bitterness. Quite thin. Soapy finish, citrus and malts.
(from 66cL bottle @ RBBWG III, Gent 2014. Thanks for sharing, DomienS)

I don’t really get the spelt hype. This beer tastes just like a grainy and slightly herbal blond beer. Not very special.

25 cl. bottle @ home. Purchased @ Willems. BBF end 2013. Clear light golden, creamy white head. Smells basically exactly like Kidibul (non-BA champagne-like soda drink for kids, don’t ask, it’s a real thing in Belgium & it is quite yummy), I am not going to state anything else because it is disturbingly identical. It doesn’t taste like Kidibul however or at least it is too different. Taste is sweet, sugar, watered down cava, green apples soft drink, sweet grains, spritzy, mineral heavy sparkling water, cava-like alcohol in the finish. Very high carb. bit watery. Very weird – what is this? Maybe people who like cava will like this more? Very different but not in a good way.

25cl bottle bought @ 8ième fête de la bière namuroise. BB end/2014.

Light yellow to an almost green colour, little to no head. Smells unresh and weird. Tastes nasty, weird, sweet and liquor. Too much carbo also.

Bottle @ DutchDrebus, thanks for sharing. Yellow / light green color (WTF : ), no head. Smell apple not much more. Weird taste, no details to distinguish. Low carbo and body. Very weird beer, not nice.

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light lactic wheat, very nice and herbaceous, chalky notes. In mouth, a nice saison like beer with sweet malt, coriander, oily, smooth, some orange pulp, bubbly mouthfeel. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 11 2011.

Bottle. Two pours. First half poured clear amber. Second half poured apple cider. Nose of caramel malt, wheat, grain and candi sugar. Taste of grain, caramel malt and wheat. A bit yeasty at times.
