Bottled@Craft Beer Co, London (duriing my July-August visit). Deep orangeish/amber colour, mediumsised white head that gives good lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some plum, rather fruityness, some alcohol and mild yeasty notess. Flavour is sweet caramel, mild burnt sugar, alcohol, fruits and some mild yeasty notes. Quite thick palate.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty copper color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light Cognac notes with balanced sweet malt. Taste is a nice mix between some Cognac notes with well balanced sweet notes with a solid malt backbone. Light dry fruit esters are also pleasant. Body is quite full with medium carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Nice drink to end the evening.

Bottle @ home, shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy light red color, off-white topping. Smell lightly sour, medium sweet and some fruits. Tastes very, very sweet; way too much! The 15%ABV is very well hidden, but the taste is just way too full of sweetness.

37.5 cl. bottle shared@Kulminator: clear reddish caramel/amber, very brief head, white legs, sweet, caramel, crystallized brown sugar, toffee, sweet white wine, sweet malts, Japanese plum candy, hint of sherry, slight Belgian yeast, underneath the sweet coating a strong Belgian Ale is very apparent, spices, warming but not alcoholic, great stuff although once more I find myself digging the aging a lot more which is great as opposed to the base beer

375 direct from Alvinne beer shop. Pours hazy ruddy copper with a few white bubbbles. Vinous and oaky aromas. Full bodied. Heat is not present. Amazing. Flavor is like sweet malt with hints of hop, some vinosity, oak, and a lot of smooth light roast malt. Words cannot do this ale justice. It is just so good.

Candied fig nose, fusel alcohol. cloudy golden, headless. Apricot, fusel alcohol. No carbonation. Sweet. InTeresting unique, not as hot as expected, but the fusel alcohol notes detract.
