Summer 2012 Had this as part of a mixed 6-pack from a convenience store on St-Laurent. It poured a decent cloudy white with alright head and a light spicy white beer aroma but... this sucked, the whole 6 pack was horrible, the color & look were fine for each style but they must have been infected or past their prime because every single beer tasted like bile. My brother finished them as no one else wanted to touch the stuff. This was probably the most drinkable of the bunch though.

Bouteille 341ml. de couleur jaune-orangée et voilée. Nez de levures fruitées sûres et sucrées (citron et autres agrumes) et légèrement épicées (coriandre), léger de blé et grains avec des traces de miel. Goût légèrement sûr de levures fruitées sucrées (citron, léger d’agrume, traces de mangues et de bananes) aux notes épicées (coriandre, faibles traces de clou de girofle) lors de l’entrée en bouche suivi d’un léger goût de blé avec des notews de grains de céréales puis en finale le goût de levures épicées est celui qui est le plus dominant. Post-goût de levures fruitées légèrement aigre (citron) avec des notes de blé.

Originally rated May 2005. Poured a big wicked white head with medium retention. The carbontaion is also very lively. In colour, it is a hazy light beige. Lots of sediments of several different size floats around. The nose is tarty and yeasty with hints of spices. The mouthfeel is smooth with no flavours really kicking out. Just typical witbier taste...lemon, coriander, yeast. Quite refreshing. May not be as good as some other witbier like Unibroue’s Blanche de Chambly, but still a very good effort.

Hazy wit with a thin white head, creamy. Light banana aroma with initial sulfury notes, a bit unpleasant, then lemon and yeast. In mouth, a sour wit without the qualities expected, just a mineral water with milk and lemon, watery bodied. Bottke at l’Autre Oeil, August 4, 2006, 3.85$
