Bottle 0.33l from Riga airport. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- ginger, apple, fermented. FLAVOR- lightly to moderately sweet, lightly apple sour, nice balance between apple and ginger flavors. Medium bodied.

Sample thanks to Grumbo! Pours pale golden yellow. Strong ginger coming through on the nose and to taste, some distant tart apple lurking underneath but this almost comes across more like a carbonated ginger beer, which I like. Decent.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, foamy white head that dissipate away and aroma of lemon, ginger, apple. Taste is tart, citric, apple, ginger, straw, acidic. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

16/11/2019. Bottle from Lauvas Alus, Riga. Pours very pale yellow gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of sweet ginger syrup, medium sweet apples, touch of herb, flowers and caramel. Quite heavy sweetness, moderate tartness, light touch of fire develops from the ginger. Moderate body, oily texture, spritzy carbonation. Quite enjoyable.
