Draft. A light golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, fruit, yeast, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of lemons, yeast, spices, straw, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle. Hazy, light grey peach colour, low head. Dry citrus, peach, light perfume. Medium to full chewy body, Apricot/percipan, candy, agressive tart and sweet, sour candy finish. Fun.

Bottle at the Munich Ratebeer Christmas tasting, at Jonas's, Garching, Friday 17th December 2021. Pours hazy gold with a white head and, super funky, dry, furry, a little buzzy, some lemon. This is far better than expected.

Bottle at Christmas. Lightly hazy yellow straw. Big sour funky nose with stone fruits. Flavor is super apricot, wow, very intense. Hint of marzipan. Very smooth flavor, really nice sour.

2019 bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is apricot, wood, fresh funk. Taste is strong apricot, peach, leather. Sparkly carbonation, nicely complex. Nice!

Taster at Madhouse, Budapest. Lightly cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- cheesy, salami, funky, peach, apricot. FLAVOR- neutral, sour and tart, sharp, funky, vinous, apricot, peach, touch of cheese and salami. Medium bodied. Fresh and sharp wild ale.

Bottle at a tasting. Wild barnyard horsey character is the center here. Assertive horse blanket, moderate sourness, moderately acetic. I honestly do not get much woodiness, just the funk. Sufficiently complex though, rewarding, tasty. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Very good.
