Bottle at home shared with Sarah, picked up from Sainsbury's. A clear pale petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody, oak and rounded apple juice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet woody apple, oak, tangy,. Strong alcohol presence,. Harsh solvent finish.. High boost cider. Palate is semi sweet moderate carbonation.

Clear golden color with no head. Lots of green apples in both flavor and aroma. Also some faint oak. Solid stuff. Average carbonation level and a pleasant acidity. Tasty cider.

Thnx to Thomas. Pours clear, very light blonde. Smell is weak, Taste is sharp, tad dry, mild sugary, yet not very sweet . Mild woody notes ( some very hidden vanilla ) Alright. perhaps I had too high expectations ?

500ml bottle into glass. Pale green/yellow cider with no head and medium carbonation. Nose is nice, tart apples and caramel. Oily texture, full bodied. Viscous and tart in the mouth, finish is dry with some woodiness. Late taste of apple cores and alcohol. Adult cider, nice enough but a little unbalanced.

2015 vintage (as Westons Vintage Cider Oak Aged). Pours yellow. Aroma is apples, sweetness, oak, dryness. Flavor is very sweet, some sourness, baked apples, cinnamon, some oak. Covers alcohol rather well. Overall: not bad, but way too sweet to be enjoyable, I like my ciders dry. The only really good thing about this cider is that it gets you drunk without any effort (+1 to overall for that).

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. Golden colour, shortlived white head. Aroma of cider apples, oak and sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of cider apples and sweet eating apples, hints of oak and sulphites.

500ml bottle, 2015 vintage. Crystal clear golden colour, no head. Very nice appley aroma. Taste of medium sweet apples, slightly tart, some bitterness, hint of oak. Alcohol is noticeable but considering the ABV it’s fairly well hidden. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Nice but if I’m drinking cider I don’t usually go for something of this strength.
