500ml bottle from Morrisons online. Light amber, small big bubbled white head which last barely seconds. Typical aroma of citra hops with its slightly herby note, used in a few Marston cheap brews. Biscuit malts and herbs in the flavour with a slight touch of citrus. Good crisp dry bitterness and hop resin finish which elevates it along with a nice zing on the carbonation. Mixed.

500ml bottle from Ringwood Brewery shop. Pours a clear gold, white head. Aroma brings a pleasant citrussy whiff. Moderately hoppy, soothing citrussy air to taste, mild herbal afterglow with a cereal base malt. Ok.

Bottle picked up from local Streatham offie - light hazed yellow with a white head. Sweet citrus marmalade shred, sweet malts, light caramel, sweet bready toasted malts, bitter hoppy finish. Okish.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours a slightly hazy amber colour with a medium sized creamy off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit, floral, biscuit and a little peppery spice. Taste is more of the same notes detected in the aroma with a subtle earthy hop hanging on the finish. Thin to medium body, average carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Half-pint, well kept cask ale at Black Rock in Wakefield. Clear golden-brown body, stable low white head. Spotty lacing. Doughy smell with a citrus touch. Moments of dough, grass and sweaty hops to the taste buds. Distant bitter fruity ending. Satisfying. (04.07.2019).

Handpull cask at the Ivy Leaf, Dartford. Mid-gold, clear and shiny with very little head. Gluey, resinous notes combine with floral hop and sticky biscuity malt in the aroma. The sweetness of the taste is met with some balancing hop resistance. Toffee, grapefruit pith and a light vegetal character. Finish is more bitter and citrus-led. A reasonable stab at a hoppy session beer.

16/5/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of kwik-lime, cheers Simon! Pours clear bright golden with s short lasting off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, grass, straw and mango. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation. A little artificial and too fizzy but not so bad overall. Nice bitterness to finish.
