Delightful aroma, rich chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, cinnamon biscuit, vanilla, dried fruits, woody notes, touch of pepper. Medium sweetness and light roasted bitterness with developing pepper heat. Full bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a deep black with a brown colored head. Aroma is thick chocolate cake, cinnamon, boozy, sugary, roasted malts. Taste is very cinnamon forward, chocolate, pudding, boozy, roasted malts, lingers around with some heat and cake batter.

Bottle split at the optimal climatic conditions tasting, Hazlemere, thanks to a team purchase 11/08/21. Black with a decent tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark chocolate, cinnamon, toffee fudge, spice, molasses, dried fruits. Taste comprises dark chocolate nibs, green chilli kick, spice, dried fruits, treacle toffee, green peppers, vanilla. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light spicy heat. Solid ... balances the green pepper/chilli well.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherd's Bush, London. A black coloured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, aroma, tastes similar, sweet with a nice chilli kick in there. Really nice gear from Florida.

Bottle shared in HW - cheers team! Pours black-brown with a small, creamy tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour, some berries, cherries, roast, chocolate, mild roast, toffee. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, sticky dark malts, moderate pepper spice, gooey toffee. Very tasty.

Bottle shared at Hazlemere tasting. Group purchase. Pours jet black with a dirty tan head. Aroma is apple brandy, cinnamon, chocolate, chilli pepper, coffee, coconut. Taste is apple, cinnamon, chocolate, coffee, coconut, brandy barrel comes through with some chilli warmth. Excellent

Bottle shared at Colin's place. Thanks. A jet black coloured pour with a halo of dark tan head. Aroma is medium sweet, oily coconut, sun tan, coconut, cocoa,. Flavour is composed of big spicy sticky cinnamon bun, burnt brown sugars, maple, some boozy. Palate is medium sweet, spicy highish carbonation. Peppery spicy finish.

Tasting at Chez Cloin. Thanks to the team. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, soft and a little airy, decent fine carbonation. Soft dark chocolate malts, rich. Chilli peppery spice ramps up early. Soft vanilla underneath. The apple brandy barrel sits well back, unfortunately. Smooth finish. Tasty but too pepper forward to be great.

Bottle. Pours clear black, small brown head, diminishing to not much. Aroma is cinnamon forward, fudge, vanilla, brandy. Flavor has a bit of pepper heat, cinnamon. Quite sweet, light bitter, light heat. Well integrated. Full body, creamy mouthfeel

Big stout, as you'd expect from these people, packed with flavours. Pretty sweet, of course, and reasonably lightly spicy. Cinnamon, nice but light chilli, and some vanilla. The barrels give some lovely apply. Christmassy.
