750mL bottle at LC member party, 1/18/25.
Bright pink. Some white head.
Rich minerality, well-aged and macerated grape with moderate malt and big, fruity Brett.
Juicy, tart, big minerality, very bright and yet mellow and properly aged. Super drinkable with no aggressive edges or overdone grape acid. Deep malt and chewy wheat. Moderate funk with lingering Brett.

A very dark lambic due to the grapes. Vinous and for a Cantillon, only slightly tart. Good flavor with the yeast and grapes

Bottle shared by Steasy, thanks! Pours a clear earthy amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a dry funky grape with a slightly funky barnyard and a hint of leafs. Flavor has dank grapes with a good amount of funk and light oak in the finish.

Bottle. Clear garnet pour with a fleeting white head. Mild vinous bouquet. Vinous highlights, muted barrel, muted barnyard funk. Sour berries are in there as well. Interesting. Good but maybe a bit of a departure. Good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a dark ruby with small pinkish white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, grape skin, oak, apple. Slick body, grape, citrus, oak, funk, nice tartness, vinous, enjoyed this.

Pours very clear dark red. Small, lightly pink head. Scent is strong red grapes. Pefumy, spices ( pepper notes). Taste is elegant, mild tart, full fruit, red grapes, but not as tanninic, very dry, oaky, strong flavored. Médium body, médium low Carbo. Very lovely what I would hope for a red wine to be.
