CORRECTE.

On tap at Pit Caribou, Montreal on 2nd July 2017. Hazy pale gold with whitish foam and scant lacing. Earthy, pungent aroma. Hoppy in-mouth with zesty peel and a touch of smoked meat flavour. Burst of lemon. A sour, citrus finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Found on tap in Montréal. Aroma of sharp peaches and lemon zest. Fluffy head and a foggy light orange body. Flavour is good fruit hops with a nice balance between sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Medium on the mouth. It’s a fine brew with some finesse.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian style malt with light fruity ester. Taste is also mostly dominated by sweet Belgian style malt with light fruity ester and residual sugar noticeable in the aftertaste. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but nothing really standing out either.

A golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light honey, alcohol warmth, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light bubblegum, honey, alcohol warmth, rosewater, interesting. On tap at pit caribou Montreal.
