On tap at the manx.
Clear brown pour, small off white head. Big upfront aroma of nuts, and doughy, caramel malts. Quite bitter in the end, with a sharp metallic finish. Meh.

Not super interesting but a good go-to in Ottawa non-craft brew pubs. Pours dark amber with some roast malt and a little hoppy bitterness. Good for pitcher session at Mugshots. Tap.

On tap in Ottawa. Has a small head and okay brownish body. Soft malt aroma. flavour has nutty notes with more malt and grain hints. Medium palate. A good red-style ale, though far from memorable.

Pretty sure this is the one I had at Berryman Pub in Ottawa, as they called it "Kichesippi Dark". Pours a copper-amber colour with a creamy beige head, good retention and showing some stickiness on the glass. Nice fresh roasty nose with coffee notes. Medium-thick mouthfeel with a little stick to it. Beautiful hoppy presence the whole way, blending things between the mild roasted, caramel and cereal malts. Nice bitterness in the finish creating a mild dry aftertaste. A great session that is very well-balanced.

Draught, Pub Italia. Amber-brown. Thin head. Faint aroma is slightly caramelly and nutty. Basically a mild, toasty brown ale. A bit light but nothing wrong with it.

Draft: Poured a clear light brown color ale with a small foamy head with light retention and limited lacing. Aroma of light caramel malt with light sweet nutty notes as well. Taste is a mix between some nutty caramel notes with some semi-dry caramel malt. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not overly complex and easily drinkable.
