This pale golden beer has been brewed again especially for this Wetherspoon real-ale festival. The blend of two US and two UK hop varieties creates a fruity aroma and a crisp, hoppy character throughout.

Half pint on cask at George's Meeting House in Exeter, pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Nose has green apples, malt, candy. Flavor has bubblegum and candy, malt, honey. Finishes watery and sweet which isn't an ideal combo.

Cask @ Hart & Spool, Borehamwood. Golden with a small head. A cleanish, mildly smooth hoppy ale - the sum of which is a good mouthfeel. Has a malty-hop nose with some berry-sweetness here.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2017. Golden in colour, with a small, off-white, head. Ripe biscuity malts, a hint of apricot and a touch of citrus hop, before a moderately bitter finish. Fine.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Pale straw with a tight white head; floral aroma; sweet floral taste with some pear juice to start then a rounded bitterness; and a drier finish. Very satisfying.

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys JDW London. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Amarillo should give me tangerine which is kind of there with some grapefruit. Cok condition. Decent pale ale. Some bitterness some citrus fruit finish does last well
