330ml can delivered from the Salmon, Leicester and drunk at home. Light gold, clear with some loose white head and a lot of lacing. Hay, vanilla, malt, lemon balm and soap on the nose. Taste doesn't hang together so well: initial citrus sweetness gives way to an almost skunky bitterness. Some vegetal notes in the finish. Watery body, medium carbonation. Not all that impressive.

Rocky white left a good cover on a swirling pale straw coloured body. Grain & tobacco aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a softer cloying back. Sweet, light malt, grain, fruity & confectionery tastes with a tangy finish. Really good

On tap at Busby and Wilds Brighton. Czech style pilsner. Malty. Slightly sweet. Decent stab at a Czech style pilsner. OK bitterness on the finish.

Tap@The Grain Store Café & Bar Gatwick South Airport, (13/03/2017) golden coloured pour with a white head. Grainy and grassy aroma and taste, some light citrus lemony hop, sweet malty, corn, grassy hoppy close.

More of a marzen malt-wise. Saaz is good. Not bad but not exactly to style.

Bottle @ The Oxford, Kentish Town, London. Pale golden with a thin head and a small carbonation. Has a very stated pilsner aroma and taste that lingers long, with a notable dryness.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Offie and Toffee. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a foamy, white head. The aroma holds simple white bread, some biscuits, light butter, hay. Light to medium sweet flavour with plenty of cereal, more biscuits, minimal bitterness, some straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary finish, with more simple white bread, lemon meringue, cereal. A very basic lager overall. Definitely on the sweet side.
