Najmłodszy styl wśród IPA - Brut IPA, to jasne, zamglone, super wytrawne piwo, wypełniające lukę pomiędzy New England IPA (DDH IPA) oraz West Coast IPA. Imponujące odfermentowanie uzyskuje się poprzez użycie podczas zacierania nietypowego dodatku - enzymu, glukoamylazy, który produkuje fermentowalne cukry ze skrobi. W ten sposób piwo jest niesamowicie wytrawne, a więc i goryczka musi zostać obniżona. Ale nie rezygnujemy z intensywnego aromatu chmielowego! Nadal, podobnie jak przy DDH DIPA, chmielimy Brut IPA podwójnie podczas fermentacji i leżakowania. A tym razem użyliśmy mieszanki chmielu Amarilo, Azacca i El Dorado, które zapewniają cytrusowo-tropikalnego aromatycznego kopa!

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of Brut yeast, citrus and malt, with hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with touches of Brut sweetish notes of yeast and malt and mild fruity hints. Dry and estery aftertaste with hoppy notes. Decent; not as dry as one might expect from a Brut, but this applies, unfortunately to a number of Brut IPAs.

Bottle, 6.9%. Refreshing fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off fruity and soapy. Turns fairly bitter and fairly dry at the end. Soapy finish with a high and slightly rough bitterness.

Piwo bardzo brut, oj jest wyyytrawnie, zbozowo, piana spora trwala, metne jasno zlociste, malo slodowe a konkretnie chmielnie i aromatycznie, swieze sloneczniki, konwalia, lawenda, w smaku wytrawne kwiatowe, subtelne. Jesli tak smakuje ten styl to ja jestem mega za Brut IPA.

Bottle from Be Unorthodox. Pours hazy hay with off-white head. Yeasty nose. Tastes dry, sweetish, low bitterness, hoppy citrus finish. Good.

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- juicy, fruit bomb, citrusy, tropical fruit, mango, melon. FLAVOR- dry, very bitter, lots of fruit again, rye. Medium bodied.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Beerlovers Bar. Hazy orange, small white head. Nose is weird esoteric oil, lavender, massage oil, what? Taste is lavender, honey, chemical, esoteric, massage oil, lavender, fizzy, way too weird. What the hell is this?

Draught Thick, dense yellowish head over fully muddy yellow beer. Pure medicinal nose, Sparadrap(~Band Aid), bit of chamomille. More Band Aid, then lightly smoked, Rauchmalz, dry spices. Medium bodied, lightly slick, low to medium carbonation, yet spritzy MF. Better than the sum of its parts.

On tap at Beerlovers Bar Antwerpen. A hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of dry sweet fruits, apples, apricot, pineapple juice. Taste of dry moderate bitter fruity hops yellow fruits, pineapple, grass, some apricot, moderate bitternes, medium carbonation. Good!
