The trend continues at Lervig, we are proud of our stouts and we have used our skills to make such a luxurious yummy peanut butter Smores pastry stout that is actually well balanced and not overly sweet or too much of anything, however it has a lot of everything… its been heavily dosed with cocoa nibs to give the beer a rich dark chocolate flavor, then we added the peanuts vanilla and marshmallows to create one of the most satisfying stouts we have made at Lervig. Its tasting a lot like a Reese’s pieces peanut butter cup

Pours black, small ring of bubbles. Smell is PB forward. Straight up chocolate as well. Taste is full, sweet, PB, chocolate is rather hidden here. Less thick than expected. Medium carbo. Nice !

8-4-8-4-16 On tap @ Apollon, Bergen. Pours black, with a big creamy mocha head. Aroma is malty notes of dark chocolate, peanuts and caramels, as well as Turkish coffee, brown sugar, tobacco and wooden notes. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is malts with cocoa nibs, coffee, and caramels, as well as muscovado, nuts, wood and notes of liquorice and dark berries. Nice balanced bitter sweetish finish.

Black, with a min light brown head. A chocolate dark fruit and vanilla sense. Sweet with a good vanilla and chocolate end.

150ml draught at Agenturet Øl og Vinbar. Pitch black in the glass, a ring of foam to the rim of the surface, fair lacing. Buttery malts and cocoa powder on the nose, attractive. Well blended taste of chocolate, buttery caramel and nuts. Lingering mid-sweet ending warming down the swallow. Full bodied. Enjoying sipper qualities. (Tromsø 07.07.2020).

Svart. Så vidt litt skumring. Aroma av karamell & peanøtter. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken peanøttsmør. Hint av sjokolade. Alkoholen godt kamuflert.

Pinselørdag, og sola skinner fra skyfri himmel. Perfekt for en sykkeltur med pitstop på ØST. Nesten helt svart med fint skum. Inspirerende og velgjørende drikke med tonnevis av dessertchokolader, nybrygget kaffe, sjokoladekarameller, feit sjokoladekake pluss et hint av peanøttsmør og solbær. Superb balanse. Et koordinat å navigere etter, og ettersmaken varte forbi Buøy.
