Clear golden. Minimal white head. Light sweet, malt, light bitter, light acetaldehyde, light diacetyl. Medium body. Harsh bitter finish.

From tap at Zlý Časy, Prague, after seeing The Secret by Smetana at the National Theatre 26.06.25. Clear golden. Bright white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet pilsner malt, butterscotch, overripe papaya and harsh caramel. Not great

Draught @ Sladovna Praha. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, light bread, light hay-ish hops. Flavor is light bitter, malt, light bread, hay. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 050423

Keg at Pivo - London. Pours clear gold with a tight, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with notes of sun-kissed biscuits, straw, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean, simple finish, more pale biscuits, light dough, hay, faint yeast. Tasty, drinkable.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden, small foamy head. Grain, metallinotes, caramel, citrus. Malty sweetness , dry metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft soft carbonated, dry bitter metallic sweet finish. Average.

On tap at Pivo Czech Beer Hub London. Clear dark amber colour lasting white head Malty Czech aroma. a bit stronger in alcohol than the others in this range same base beer but this is fuller stronger more bitter. Decent mid strength malty beer. decent. Good bitterness on finish.

Clear golden, small, white head. Aroma of grass, yeast, grain, apple. Taste has sweetish apple, grain & bread. Yeasty finish, some grassy hops, bit bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Decent.

Draught, 4.5%. Chalky aroma. Clear golden colour. Stable white head. The flavour is malty with a faint floral hoppiness. Low bitterness.

getrunken in einem Restaurant im ehemaligen Rathaus des Prager Stadtteils Nové Město, wo die Brauerei eine riesige, moderne Trinkhalle eröffnete, die aber zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuchs eher wenig gefüllt war Das Bier ist ein klassisches Helles Elfgrädiges, das gut süffig ist und sich angenehm trinken läßt. Es mag tiefgründigere Helle mit mehr Fantasie geben, aber als Speisenbegleiter allemal ein gutes Bier.
