750ml bottle from Abbeydale online. 2024 release. Gluten Free. Rated on the last night of ratebeer. Orange golden-amber colour, no lasting head and aroma of barley malt, yeast, funk, citrus, hop. Taste is malty, barley, grainy, tangy with orange marmalade, funky yeasty notes and citrusy hop bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy citric bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bière spéciale Halloween ! Thanks to you Graham. Beer allows for exceptional encounters. Tasted while listening to Shine On Your Crazy Diamond.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Smell is hoppy, fruity and just a little sweet. Flavour is sweet and fruity, distinct citrusy hop, caramel. Not bad and interesting to have a hoppy barley wine.

330ml Can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 20 just prior to Lockdown 2.0. Penultimate beer of the night. Thanks Mike for this. Hazed gold, white head. Lovely sweet barley wine character overall, nice sweet nose with caramel hints. Creamier and less marmalade than standard barley wine, good drinkability. Very nice.
