500ml can from local shop. Eye - clear gold, fizzy head lasts a second, carbonation looks a bit lifeless. Aroma - apples, slight woody, alcohol. Surprisingly it does smell somewhat like cider. Taste - sweetened apple juice, wood, a building alcohol and mild tartness with then leads to a dry finish. To be honest its not that bad. Palate - light to moderate, slight oiliness, short-moderate carbonation bite works better than the appearance would suggest. Overall - perfectly drinkable cheap cider.

500ml can. Pours dull gold with a low carbonation. Aroma is slightly sour, burnt woody apple juice. Taste is dry, with woody cheap apple juice. Not bad really, for a £1.09 park bench chiller.

Can shared in London - thanks? Pours totally clear pee yellow. Big artificial apple character, some odd lemon. Very sweet, gooey, artificial, sugary. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish, more fake Apple character. Not the best.

Can at LKS. It pours clear yellow - green with a small white head. The aroma is quite sweet, sugary, icing sugar, apple juice and white grape. The taste is sweet, sugary, grainy, apple juice from concentrate, sugary, icing sugar and raw booze with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Raw and sweet.

Can from Quality Save, Manchester. Pale golden in colour with a small carbonation. Has an initial heavy sweetness that turns dry and less flavoursome, all of which feel artificially sweetened.
