Panda courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of citric sour, cider, blue cheese hint. Taste is pale malt, apple cider, lemon rind, biscuity, oak, funk with some slick acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Euros night, Italy - Spain in Odense. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Funky aroma with apple peel, wood and grass. Dry and slightly tart funky cider flavour with lovely wood. The best qualities of English real cider, with some bonus qualities from lambic French cidre. I like this style.

21st Dec 2020, last Shrewsbury Beer Share of the year (in Chez Sophie). Cheers Simon for the 75cl bottle of this: BB Feb 2030. I said (without reading the label beforehand) that it tasted like a blend of a Lambic and a sour cider. And thank you! Actually enjoyed it too.
