Bottle from Biershop-Franken. Clear amber colour, white foam. Malty, a bit citrussy, rather dry and bitter. Well balanced. Good Festbier!

500ml swing top from Raynville Stores. It pours clear golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, doughy baked goods, honeycake, muffin, ryvita, cereal and some nuttiness. The taste is taste is firm and dry upfront, woody, touch herbal, grassy, bitter - sweet, cakey maltage, earthy, nutty, cereal, ryvita, brown bread, damp wood and a touch of honey drizzle with a dry, nutty finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Strikes a nice bitter - sweet balance. Rather hearty, moreish. Nice one.

Süffiger, leicht süß-herber Getreidebeginn, sehr ausgewogen. Die Herbe nimmt zu, eine Bitterkeit kommt auf, der milde Hopfen bleibt passend im Hintergrund. Sich intensivierend, würzig, bitter-getreidig. Gut. 9/11/12/11/9/11

500 ml bottle. Almost clear dark golden amber with a foamy head. Hay, bread, Breze, some metallic notes, citrus notes, lemon zest, grassy hops. Dry metallic bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic bittersweet finish. Pretty nice!

31-12-20 // 500ml bottle from Fein&Herb. Clear golden. Smooooth. Light hop aromas and bitterness. I like. Kössel always great. Would have been in the brewery these days but Corona.

Bottle. Clear golden with golden foam. Marzipan cake aroma. medium full chewy body, fine grainy, pleasant butter spice and toasted almond flakes, pistacio bitterhop finish. lovely.

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a firm, medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Mildly bready malty aroma with caramel, subtle fruity notes of apricots and perars, backed by delicately flowery hops. Sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Bready malty base with caramel, mineralic and subtle fruity notes; moderately sweet bready malty and restrained bitter finish with a mineralic touch and caramel in the aftertaste. Decent. 02.I.18
