Brewed with 9 Kent bred and grown hops:
WGV, Early Choice Goldings, Bramling Cross, Progress, Target, Pilgrim, First Gold, Sovereign and Finchcock's Spirit of Kent
The beer pours golden honey with a white head of tight bubbles that dissipates to leave lacing around the glass.
The aroma is hoppy, lemony, honey, peach and dried apricots.
The palate is clean, with sweet malt, lemony and tropical pineapple notes, honey with zesty citrus notes. There is a dry lingering hop bitterness on the finish.
Brewed by Westerham Brewery Company Ltd. for M&S.

50cl bottle from M&S, Wokingham. Amber with a decent white head; grassy aroma; smooth with a range of tastes - citrus, berries, grass, and a malty body; and a refreshing bitterness before a biscuity finish. An interesting golden ale.

Bought in my local Ashford M&S and drunk about 30 minutes later at home. Pours a clear golden colour with a lasting ivory head. Aroma of citrus, satsuma, orange, a little bit of spicy peppery floral hop. Flavour has decent fruit, more orange. A little bit more of that peppery English hop on the finish. Mild bitterness. I liked it, Interesting and well balanced.
