(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity, funky nose with citrus, pink grapefruit, apricots, barnyard and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, oak wood, barnyard, hay, mixed fruit, yeast and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Well balanced acidity. No sharpness, just perfect harmony. Excellent gueuze!

Bottle shared at Sörök Háza, nr. 4300 for me. Darker, semi opaque golden pour with a white head. Nose is lots of funk, light apple skin, barnyard notes, some esters. Taste is moderately sour yet pretty acidic and highly funky with oak notes and light citruses. Closes with a dry finish, has a light body and average carbonation. Complex and well rounded, highly enjoyable.

Bottle: Poured an orangey color gueuze with a large size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some barnyard notes and some nice green apple notes. Taste is also a mix of funky barnyard notes with some green apple notes and a tart finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable with a nice mix of complex lambic notes while retaining some good level of drinkability.

Small off-white head, soon reduced to rim over well-carbonated orange beer. Grapes & horseblanket, intense lambicnose with lactic acid, Bretts and other wild yeasts; faintly sulphury. Sour-sweetish, horseblanket. Fine exotic spice, farmyard flavours, wheat, white grapes. Light, refreshing, mild acidburn and -thinning. Green apples in the aftertaste. Gueuze of the absolute top.
