33cl bottle from a Bio/Health shop in Ostend. BB 6th Feb 2026, poured into an old Corsendonk Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass at home on 12th Oct 2025. Light haze to the pale golden body, white head that faded swiftly. Orchard fruit aroma, wheaty and yeasty flavour. Don't really notice it's only 3.8% ABV.

Bottle. Bit hazy straw with fluffy white head. Nice citrus zest, gooseberries star fruit, dry wheat, grassy. Light sweet, bitter and a hint of sourness. Light bodied with strong fizzy carbonation. A bit watery and over carbonated, but it tastes fine.

Bottle at De Dingen Kortrijk. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Light lemon flavoured beer. Some perfume and really like soap character. I liked it. Refreshed the hell out of me. Good lemon flavour

19 August 2023. At 13de Gents Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Tim & so many others!

A: clear pale golden, no head.
A: wheat, lemon, yellow apple.
T: sweet apple, sour wheat, bread crust.
F: grassy hops, crisp wheat & bread.
P: medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation.
Clean but rather thin.

Pours a slightly hazed bright yellow. Medium small white head, medium stability. Scent is bit hoppy, green and earthy underneath a citrussy touch. The wheat is fairly silend but can be traced. Taste is fairly bitter, fairly mild - yet leading - hoparoma. green, a touch earthy / grassy and citrussy. Decent, fairly easy going IPA with more focuss on bitterness and less on aroma than the international standard. Wheat / Witbier part gets a bit lost but can be traced, sure... Just not exactly where I'd like it to be.

Hazy golden colour, white foam. Nose of citruss, grass, some wheat. Some lemony tartness, fruity hoppiness, nice bitter.
