Bottle online from Oliver's Cider. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma: green apple, citrus, peat smoke, wood. Taste: light sweet, medium tart, prominently dry, light to moderate tannins. Medium body with low carbonation. Foxwhelp won't be everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed this

Bottle @ Coronashare #17. With guest star Crazy Joe Davola aka chocolate Joseph. Pours Golden with bubbles on top. Peat and smoke as it warms but subdued. Mature ripe Apples. Sweet and vinous. Woody with a dry finish. Tasty.

Sample, thanks to Danlo. Clear gold appearance. Big peaty TCP nose. The Islay barrel aging here seems to have completely decimated the foxwhelp apple fruit, though some jagged tannins remain alongside some woody oak notes. Savage.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Pommerlier Club. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of citric, fruity apple, barrel, woody, smoked. Taste is sharp tangy apple, citric notes, fruity, strawberry hint, then vanilla, woody, oak, phenol, smokey, islay whisky, and some acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry wood barrel finish. Interesting, nicely drinkable.
