Clean light-golden colour with a frothy-soapy white head, decent retention and some mild foamy lacing. Cereal malt aromas with some light sweetness, blended with hints of spicy hops. The taste shows the same with the balanced sweet and mild hops drying, cutting the sweet edge. A decent Helles, easy-drinking brew.

Des notes de pain et de céréales très peu sucrées nous titillent les narines. Une touche de houblons mentholés et herbacés se laissent découvrir. Une petite mousse plutôt pétillante et fuyante sur le liquide doré limpide et effervescent. Pain et céréales en entrée de bouche se déclinant en amertume herbacée tout en gardant son côté malté. L’amertume est modérée mais traine longtemps en fin de bouche. Le coté sucré est peu développé et l’amertume plus intense que la moyenne pour ce style. Corpulence moyennement légère et effervescence assez piquante. Agréable.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is a mix of clean cereal notes with some residual sugar notes with a smooth finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. A little bit sweeter than expected but solid interpretation of the style with good refreshing factor.

A golden helles with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with herbal German hops, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with herbal German hops, cereals, very nice.
