Amber, generous, with bronze highlights. Great aromatic intensity, with notes of nuts and candied fruits in the bouquet, slightly spicy. Particularly soft and elegant body, with excellently balanced hints of malt, caramel and hops. A beer that distinctly leaves its mark.

Bottle. Copper-amber color with good head. Aroma: malty, nutty tones (hazelnuts with almonds), caramel, fruit and hops. Taste: sweet, malty, wine, fruity, hazelnut, biscuit, dry aftertaste with hops.

Bottle, 0.50l. Clear deep amber orange color with thin creamy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of caramel, yeast, candy sugar, bread and alcohol. Taste starts by moderate sweet caramel with mild honey note, follows by dried fruits and yeasty acidity with warming alcoholic mouthfeel and very mild bitter finish. Medium body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. Another nice brew from the Amarcord movie stars collection...

Bottle at Caffe Berry, Sliema, Malta. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, resin, light medicinal hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a rich sweet malt, yeast, toffee caramel, alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Served cool which suited the beer. Sweet and alcoholic, but both under control.

Bottle at Caffe Berry, Sliema. It pours clear golden-orange with a small white head. The nose is sweet, sticky, grainy, dough, stone fruit, cake and candied citrus peel. The taste is bitter-sweet, sticky, boozy, toasty grain, orange peel, light candy, sponge cake with a dry, warming finish. Medium+ body , fine carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. Not a whole lot of depth to it, but gets you buzzed quick.

Poured from 330mL bottle. Clear copper colour with nice white head. Aroma has some dark pitted fruits and sweet malt, some caramel. Light body. Flavour is a slightly sweet metallic taste followed by burnt caramel to finish. Fairly dry.

500 ml swingtop bottle, kindly shared by Holmen1. ABV is 9%. Deep golden colour, moderate head. Strong sweetish and alcoholic malty aroma, hints of oak and fortified wine. Soft mouthfeel, low carbonation. Sweet (but not extremely sweet) flavour, malty, caramel, too moderate hops.

Flaske hos Ole Anders mai-13: nesten ikke skum og en underkarbonert munnfylde. Beskjeden aroma. God maltsmak med (nesten) nok humlebalanse og en antydning av bæraktig fruktighet. Varmende alkohol i bakgrunnen og ganske lang ettersmak.
