Une bière que nous voulions capable de rendre obsolète la désormais défunte carte de la langue. Trop tard et tant pis, tant que le tiraillement gustatif reste! Amers, mais sure, ses arômes fruités sont agréablement supportés par un mince sucre résiduel, nous approchant davantage du plaisir des juteux fruits tropicaux.
Notes de dégustation: Sure. Fruit de la passion. Litchi. Nectarine.

A very light haziness with its amber colour, some golden hue, a fizzy off-white head that does last longer than expected. Aromas of fresh fruitiness, sourness and notes of dry-hopping. The sour flavours are not puckering, but quite present with the touch of passion fruit, litchi and mild hops in the finish. Quite a nice, refreshing Dry-Hopped Sour with a fruity touch to it.

Aus der Dose im 2023-07 getrunken. Dieses dunkelgoldene Ale zeigt deutlich seine fruchtige, saure Seite und den hopfigen IPA Charakter wird durch fast versteckt. Ein wunderbar balanciertes Sommer Ale mit tollen Frucht und moderaten Säuregehalt. Lecker!

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy blonde with small white head. Mild sweet tropical notes, hint of Passionfruit and lychee, light sour quality. Decent.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice sour cherries, lactic acid, light floral hops, fruity esters, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light Brett, faint buttery notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.
