Shared can at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours slightly hazy golden with little off-white head. Aroma of light bread, pepper, some fruity notes, ethanol. Tastes pretty bitter with balancing sweetness. Medium bodied., alcoholic warmth.

Notater fra Mi2 juleavslutning, hvor vi alle møtte feststemte og med relativt uthvilt lever. Nevnte organ har fått gjennomgå i det vi etter 9 solide fatøl nå på kveldens siste øl i form av en 0,473 boks. Vi har fortsatt de fleste konsonantene i behold uten tegn til kognitiv svikt. Nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Lys malt, søt citrus, litt krydder og granskudd. Fin bitterhet i avslutningen. I det hele tatt myk og sjarmerende i uttrykket (som oss selv).

473 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 9.1%. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Rich aroma of malts and orange marmalade. Rich flavour too, again distinct malts and notes of bitter orange marmalade, but also distinct piney / resinous and spicy hops. Tastes like a hybrid between a Belgian triple and an IPA.

(Can) Pours clear golden with small loose white head. Aroma with notes of grass and spice. Medium body with good carbonation. Good taste with some complexity. There’s a nice balance between caramel sweetness and hoppy bitterness. There’s peppery spice. Maybe even a bit of alcohol bite. Very nice.

Bière bue chez BreWskey à Montréal. Robe blonde orangée opaque. Nez et bouche typiques d'une triple belge : céréales, levure, sucre et alcool. Peut-être un poil trop sucrée mais Une triple plutôt réussie mais sans sortir du lot.
