Can to lager glass.
Appearance: dark copper color with a slight transparency about it and a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft biscuity to bready malts with a super light herbal to earthy hop background
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine variety of sweet qualities; finishes somewhat earthy and herbal with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue with nothing distracting anywhere; nice carb level
Overall: nice enough lager possibly worth coming back to.

A hazed blonde pils with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, crisp biscuit malt with German Saaz hops, herbal and smooth. Bottle from brewery, 8 months ago.

J’aurais apprécié avoir une description du produit sur la bouteille (et ça aurait pu améliorer cette étiquette immonde)... Je n’ai pas vraiment apprécié ce produit. L’odeur et le goût étaient à la limite de l’agréable pour moi; céréales pas fraîches et herbes inconnues. La bière est un peu floue et sans effervescence.

Part of their Artisan Serie. Written unfiltered, but I guess an unfiltered pilsner is not that hazy after all. Light yellow colour with a white head, decent retention and small amounts of foamy lace. Citrus nose that is mild, with some very light grass. Grainy start of flavours in the mouth with the hops appearing as soon as you gulp. Grassy notes again. Some sweetness lingers. Easy, refreshing, micro-style pils.

Olfactif peu puissant aux allures de mie de pain et de houblon herbacé. Mousse blanche et pétillante sur un liquide jaune / doré voilé. Tons marqués de céréales en entrée de bouche avec une finale herbacée à l’amertume modérée. On dénote du grain, du pain, des houblons aux tons persillés. Assez sèche. Moyennement pétillante pour une pilsner. Bière tout a fait correcte, mais rien pour écrire à sa mère.
