A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with cereal grain, grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at L’autre oeil.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with nice pepper corn, light coriander, floral hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with loads of resinous floral hops, peppercorns, butterscotch, nice and smooth. On tap at Mondial 2015.

Hazy light golden-orange colour with an off-white foamy head, decent retention and soapy lace. Fresh grassy hops in the nose with oranges, grapefruits notes. Slight tarty mouthfeel like zest from the citrus fruits for flavours. Feels like an artisan brewed Session IPA. Nicely done.

Pours a hazy light golden-amber colour with a huge frothy white head, good retention and foamy lacing. Aromas of citrus with some grapefruits and oranges. Spices and hints of caramel. The taste is pretty mild, but good with a little dryness. Citrus notes and not too bitter. A great citrusy India Session Ale.

Un olfactif à teneur d’agrumes et de résine. Des notes citronnées, légèrement poivrées. des épines de sapin et un fond de fruits tropicaux. Une mousse spongieuse couvre un liquide doré. La mousse se maintient assez longtemps. Le sapin est en action dès l’entrée de bouche. L’intensité des houblons est forte et frôle l’astringence. Légère présence de gazon. La texture est mince et aqueuse. L’effervescence est piquante. Bonne session. Rafraichissante et amère à souhait.

Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy floral hops notes with light residual sugar notes. Taste is also dominated by floral citrusy notes with light bitterness and some residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Very enjoyable ISA with limited bitterness and good hops flavours though maybe a little sweeter then I would like.

Glass, 4-ounce, draught, during the Mondial de la bière, savoured on June 12 2015; eye: orangey with a caramel hue, clear, fugacious beige head that turns into a tiny ring, light lacing; nose: orange, tangerine, English hops, light spices, slight malt; mouth: orange, tangerine, English hops, light spices, slight malt, grain, finale in grain with slight presence of hops, medium-light body, good carbonation, lightly bitter, grainy texture; overall: correct but a bit thin FRANÇAIS Verre, 4 onces, en fût, lors du Mondial de la bière, savourée le 12 juin 2015; œil : orangée avec une teinte caramel, limpide, mousse fugace beige qui se transforme en un petit anneau, légère dentelle; nez : orange, tangerine, houblon anglais, léger épices, très léger malt; bouche : orange, tangerine, houblon anglais, léger épices, très léger malt, grain, finale en grain avec très légère présence de houblon, corps moyen-léger, bonne carbonatation, légèrement amère, texture granuleuse; en résumé : correct mais un peu mince
