nice amber color, small white head that disapears instantly. Aroma is cooked vegetables, grain, and slight cherry. Flavour is wattery, and thin, very slight cherry funk. finish is sweet, and corny. wow, this is brutal.

Évaluation no.68.

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a super thick foamy head with good carbonation and excellent retention. Aroma of dry malt notes with some notes of caramel. Taste is also dominated by a quite dry caramel malt mix with limited hops presence and without much complexity. Body is fuller then expected with good carbonation. Nice session ale without too much complexity.

Tap at the brewpub. A hazy amber beer with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet nutty, but also with slight diacethyl notes. The flavor is sweet nutty and fruity, with a dry nutty end.

Light amber colour. Aroma of caramel malt and rancid butter. Light character with caramel and diacetyl. To serve it in this condition is deplorable...

Note that this is not the same as the Ambrée. Light amber in colour, with a lightly vinous aroma, grassy/herbal and with a touch of honey. In mouth ,fresh malt tatse , a bit on the sweet side, but little hops to be detected. Not well balanced and rather thin. Im not sure if this replaces the Ambrée though.
