Hazy orange pour, big white head. Good fruity, citrus aroma, the wheat is definitely there, a touch buttery actually.
Mothfeel is heavy, and im finding ths a little bit of a chore to finish. All the right flavors are there, but it all seems heavy.

Can from my cousin. A cloudy light gold with a wheat, spice & orange aroma. Light bodied and surprisingly dry. The taste is wheat cakes and orange blossoms with quite a bit of residual sweetness. Another middle of the road Amsterdam brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from the brewery. Pale golden body with a light haze and a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of coriander, pear, spices and orange pith. Flavour of bread, grass and lemon. Medium body with a frothy texture. Light fizz. Refreshing and subtle.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy, golden-orange with a medium, short lived white head. Aroma of orange, wheat and coriander. Sweet flavour of orange, wheat and yeast with a dry, bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet citrus with a decent amount of earthy wheat and a hint of anise. Flavor has more sweet wheat with hints of anise and very sweet citrus.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy straw with small white head. Mild aroma of grain and herbs, with light fruity notes. Mild, sweetish, estery, malty and fruity flavour. Notes of hops and coriander. Rough and estery aftertaste with mild peppery notes. Okay but nothing very impressive.

Tries this beer last year and remember I like it, even though I apparently didn’t rate it. Pours a cloudy blond, just like a good wit, with a finger of fluffy white head. The coriander comes though on the nose, with a little skunk in the soft wheaty malt. The taste is all about the coriander and that "tiny bit of anise" is defiantly there. I’m missing a lot of the orange, but that doesn’t really matter. Getting a hint of vanilla, and a little skunk, but it’s not a bad thing. (Oddly enough.) Solid wit, and unique enough to get my approval.

On tap at the Amsterdam Brewhouse, on the Toronto waterfront. Bright straw with a ring of white head; aroma of coriander and some faint orange; floury body with a subtle orange taste; and a very dry finish.

500 ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours slightly hazy yellow with big white head. Smells primarily of coriander, citrus and yeast. Light sweet taste but the coriander is far too prominent for my liking and the anise doesn’t help. Light thin body with moderate carbonation. Not bad but I have had much better Wits.

Bouteille 500ml.
