Nice half-litre bottle with white aluminum covering the cap and a tag around the neck mentioning to roll the bottle to get the yeast going. Wow ! Pretty decent for an Amsterdam brew. Delicious cold !! Pours a cloudy yellow-beige colour with a small white creamy head that leaves good lacing. Beautiful aromas found in Belgian witbiers (yeast, wheat and orange notes). Refreshing slight creamy mouthfeel that is medium-light bodied. The taste is a little milder than the nose, with the grain mostly showing in the end. Pretty refreshing white beer that is good on a very warm day like today.

(bottle) cloudy pale gold with small white head; floral aroma, faint watery flavour, simple, mediocre. Only good quality is that it is refreshing.

Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a nice size purer white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of coriander and light orange peel notes is quite nice. Taste is also a nice mix between light coriander notes with some notes of wheat and light refreshing notes of orange peel. Body is quite full for style with good carbonation. Well brewed with more spices then I was expecting; maybe missing a fuller body.

This witbier poured a light, cloudy orange colour with a big, beautiful, bright white, creamy head. To the nose there are scents of weiners, orange citrus, metal and corriander? First sip was smooth and light with flavours of yeast/weiners, orange citrus, spices and ripe fruit. Finish is yeasty with a light bitter hopp flavour.

A hazed yellow wit with a thick white head. In aroma, a lightly lactic banana with cloves, and faint sulfur notes. In mouth, a sweet banana malt with light citrusy notes, cloves, a bit light but nice. On tap at C’est What, May 21 2011.
