Shifter was originally brewed with Fierce Beer.

It’s a call back to the classics. A West coast IPA brewed with the three big C’s Centennial, Citra and Columbus for big pine and resin. Bitter, soulful and graceful.

Goes well with long roads and fond memories

Can shared at Dorst. Unclear dark golden with white head. Funky skunky resiny onion. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Can at Dorst 1000 day anniversary. Bit hazy golden with white head. Caramel, grapefruit, creamy malts, soft herbal, grassy, bready. Decent malts and good hops, but still not as good as a classic West Coast IPA. Solid bitter, medium sweet and bodied. Good.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, quite a thin malt base, modest sweetness. Tangy pine and tangy ripe citrus. A little tropical fruits sherbet on the finish as with some building noble hop bitterness. Okay but I'm not doing any backflips here. Lacks a core.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Honest Brew. Pours clear gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Nice throwback, good piney resin, semi juicy orange, some rindy bitterness, undertones of dry pale malts. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming finish, lightly resinous, nips of grass, more piney and rindy bitterness. Great stuff.
